With over 6 years in the mortgage industry, Tamanna Chowdhury has seen all facets of the business. She spent over 5 years as a loan processor and knows how to get a loan approved in a stress-free and expedited manner. As a loan processor, she is solely responsible for overseeing all Down Payment Assistance programs within the company and is an expert in all loans including Fannie/Freddie, FHA, VA, multiple financing, etc. Tamanna’s commitment to her clients is tied hand in hand with an understanding that closing a loan is not just a 9-to-5 endeavor but a 7 days a week, all-hands-on-deck commitment.
Tamanna grew up in New York but has lived in San Diego for more than 10 years where she discovered a love for all things Mexican like the food, the music, and even her husband! She enjoys going on hikes, yoga, lifting weights, and anything that tests her body and mind, like her children.
