As someone working with people for many years now, I understand the value of genuine customer relationships. Through the years my experiences with clients have shown me how important it is to put their needs first. I pride myself in always going the extra mile for them, and I will always have their best interest at heart.
I still remember when I bought my first home in 2014; the feeling was beyond overwhelming, and I didn’t have a person to hold my hand and explain to me what, when, how, or why things were needed. It really took away from the experience and instead of being a joyful one, it was rather frightening.
With the knowledge I have gained in my years as a Loan Officer, I want to change that for my clients. I know someone can always offer them a better interest rate, but not many people will truly take the time to sit down with them, educate them, and make them feel comfortable with the process of buying a home.
And as a person born and raised in Mexico, I am also blessed to be able to assist the Spanish community. Explaining things to them in their own language and in terms they can understand, taking away some of that stress from them, and doing everything I can to make every transaction as seamless as possible for all my clients.
