Dee Ann Harper – “The Mortgage Architect”

Dee Ann has a passion for helping others, especially when it comes to buying or refinancing their home. She is an expert at finding custom lending solutions for her clients. That’s why she is loving called “The Mortgage Architect”.

For two decades, Dee Ann has gone from Loan Originator to Principal of her own brokerage – there is very little in the mortgage industry she has NOT done.

She has been a featured guest and co-host on the popular syndicated radio show Real Estate Talk, and the Mortgage Lending Mastery podcast. She was a featured panelist at the IMN 3rd Annual Non-QM Conference, presenting on the current state of the housing market and alternative lending solutions. Dee Ann was named one of 405 Business magazines’ most “Notable Women in Business and Finance” for 2023. She has won numerous top producer awards as well as being named “fastest to close” in the state of Texas.

Dee Ann is currently working on her new book “Houston We Have a Problem! Finding Financing When the Bank Says No” The book outlines options for alternative financing for borrowers who do not qualify the “usual” way, and how to find a lender that specializes in situational lending.

Dee Ann is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma City University and her Master’s Degree from Oklahoma State University. She has two children that keep her extremely busy. Her and her partner, Jay, split their time between Dallas, Oklahoma City and Santa Fe, NM.
