Hi, I’m Clayton Salazar! Born in Miami and proud of my Colombian roots, I’ve been passionate about helping people with their mortgage needs since 2019. As the founder of Apex Funding Experts, I specialize in foreign national loans and work closely with investors to find the best financing solutions.

I also assist clients with conventional and FHA loans, ensuring that everyone has access to the right mortgage options. Currently living in Orlando, Florida, I’m proud to have closed over $17 million in loans in 2024 and over $30 million in 2023.
