Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Davison learned the value of teamwork and dedication early on. He began his career at Brazil’s largest private pension fund in 1991 at just 14 years old, where he worked for 25 years until 2016, when he immigrated to the United States. He was recognized by USCIS as a financial professional of national interest to the United States.
During his time at Brazil’s largest private pension fund, he developed his entire professional and academic career. He worked for two years (1991–1993) in administration, two years (1994–1995) in human resources, and 21 years (1995–2016) in the actuarial field. His roles included actuarial analyst, actuarial consultant, and finally, actuarial manager. In this role, he also served as a financial and actuarial consultant and educator.
Throughout this period, Davison pursued extensive academic achievements. He completed his degree in business administration in 1998 (1994–1998), a postgraduate degree in corporate finance in 2002 (2001–2002), and a law degree in 2010 (2006–2010). He became a registered lawyer with OAB-SP in 2011 and later earned an MBA in financial and actuarial management in 2014 (2013–2014), along with dozens of courses and specializations in pensions, actuarial science, and finance.
When he is not assisting clients, Davison enjoys spending time with his wife, watching their kids play soccer, and cherishing quality time with friends and family. He is also actively involved in serving and fellowshipping at his local church.
