As a former Mortgage Loan Originator with Chicago Mortgage Solutions, she guided clients through the lending process from start to close, negotiated favorable terms, managed complex financial data, and closed more than $55 million in funded loans.
Denise earned her Master of Science in Journalism from Roosevelt University and her Bachelor of Journalism in Radio/TV News from the University of Missouri–Columbia. Her journalism background sharpened her ability to listen, research, and clearly explain complex information—skills she now uses to help clients navigate financial systems and make informed decisions.
