As a native of Maine, I was instilled with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility thanks to my upbringing on our family farm. This foundation has served me well throughout my life and career. At the age of 19, I made my first foray into real estate, purchasing my first property.
I later relocated to Woodstock, New York, where I built a life with my family and immersed myself in a vibrant community that thrived on music, art, and creativity. Over the course of 25 years, I bought and sold properties of all types, from historic coastal colonials to large-scale commercial buildings, including a 10,000-square-foot school.
