Joseph Girmonde works in both real estate and mortgage, helping clients navigate the entire home-buying process with a coordinated, team-based approach. Originally from Central New York, Joseph moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University and entered the real estate industry shortly after.
VDT Homes began operating in 2008, and after many years of working with buyers and sellers, the team expanded into lending with the launch of VDT Mortgage in 2024. Together, the real estate and mortgage groups have been involved in more than $1B in residential real estate transactions, combining their experience to simplify and support the client journey from start to finish.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and taking advantage of Arizona’s year-round sunshine.
