Bradley Osterman is a retired Army Colonel and Special Operations helicopter pilot with 28 years of service.
Raised in rural Minnesota, the foundation was set early for hard work, honesty, and family values—principles he carried with him while leading small and large formations of Army soldiers, aviators, and families. As he approached retirement, he realized that helping military families was his true passion. He became a mortgage lender before retiring so he could hit the ground running in his next chapter.
Brad lives his passion by educating families throughout their real estate investing journey, analyzing each individual member’s scenario, goals, and intent to help them secure the most appropriate funding solutions.
As a lifelong landlord and property investor, Brad lives and breathes real estate investing and lending. He applies that firsthand knowledge to assist his community in achieving and maximizing their passive income goals.
Brad lives near Tampa, Florida, with his wife and three children. He is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Finding lending solutions for families across the U.S. is both his mission and his passion.
