Colby has 10+ years’ experience in the industry and began her career in mortgage homebuilding where she closed 520+ loans in 5 years. She has experience with a variety of loan products including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and more. She acts as your financial guide when it comes to targeting a specific mortgage payment and/or closing costs and loves to use amortization schedules to demonstrate payments over the life of the loan.
In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, instructing barre3 fitness classes, and most of all raising her toddler son and baby girl. She has a drive for connecting with people and making them feel completely comfortable about their home purchase/refinance.
