Chase grew up in and around Dana Point, California. Key sales principles and the psychology thereof were instilled in him early on by his avid-salesman father. At 19 years old these skills were applied and refined when he became a loan officer at Cambridge Home Loans in Solana Beach, California. Together with a keen awareness that helping others is essential to deriving fulfillment in business & life, he found inspiration that propelled his career, and continues to allow him to thrive in any market. He now works with his brother Hunter Zinkil and team in Southern California. They specialize in VA loans but are adept in most areas of residential real estate lending.
