Drew’s journey in the mortgage industry began in 1990, when he co-founded his first mortgage venture with his college roommate. He later went on to build and lead a highly successful mortgage enterprise before transitioning into a branch leadership role, where he spent a decade overseeing a top-performing team. During this time, his branch consistently ranked among the highest producers nationwide, earning numerous accolades, including multiple nominations as well as awards for Loan Officer of the Year and Broker of the Year. Drew further diversified his experience through leadership roles spanning management, marketing, and loan production, increasing loan volume and developing innovative business strategies for referral partners.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Drew is an active member of Willow Creek Community Church and a dedicated supporter of youth sports programs. He founded both Crystal Lake Baseball and the Crystal Lake Bulldog Travel Baseball programs.
