Dustin has been a dedicated loan officer for over four years and currently serves as the Branch Pipeline Manager. In this role, he ensures that once clients are under contract, the closing process moves forward smoothly and efficiently. He works closely with the loan team while maintaining clear, consistent communication with both clients and real estate agents throughout each transaction.

Prior to his career in mortgage lending, Dustin spent more than 15 years in the skilled nursing industry. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, he managed and operated a 56-bed nursing facility, supporting families through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. That experience strengthened his ability to lead with compassion, remain calm under pressure, and solve complex problems with care and precision.

Compassion, empathy, and problem-solving remain at the core of who Dustin is. His clients view him as a trusted advisor who is accessible and responsive—day or night. Understanding that every client’s situation is unique, he goes the extra mile to create a personalized home-buying experience tailored to each client’s specific goals and needs.
