Dave has lived and worked in Denton and Collin County since 1985. After serving 6 years in the Navy, he managed a couple of steakhouses and then sold wireless phones business to business. After purchasing his first home in Lewisville, he decided to try his hand at mortgage.

Dave has been a Loan Officer since the beginning of 2004. He started at a big bank with the goal of being a mortgage banker. In May of 2007 Dave opened his own brokerage. In April of 2023, with a need for more lending options, Dave joined Cornerstone First Mortgage, LLC.

For the past 20 years Dave has been a solution oriented loan officer, always looking for ways to make loans happen rather than to simply turn them down. As a dual capacity lender, Cornerstone First Mortgage has the ability to be a direct lender or to broker the loan. This gives borrowers an advantage over using the typical lender by making more options available.
