There are multiple reasons to refinance including reducing your interest rate for lower payment, pulling cash out for debt consolidation, or home improvement.  Our experienced Loan Advisors will work with you to identify your goals and guide you through the process!

An interest rate lock is a commitment that we give to you that your interest rate will not change for a given period of time.  Typically rate locks are for 15, 30, or 45 days.  Longer term locks are available as well, but may come with additional requirements.

An appraisal is a an estimated value of your home using similar/comparable, recently sold homes in your specific area, completed by a 3rd party independent specialist (Appraiser) 

A Point or a “Discount Point” is a fee charged on a loan to reduce the interest rate of a mortgage.
