Since 2002, Henish Pulickal has worked full time in multiple roles within the real estate and mortgage industries. His career includes underwriting, sales, servicing, management, and consulting for some of the largest lenders in the US. Henish became a realtor in 2009 and a Broker in 2017. He currently serves as the CEO for The California Home Company (CalHomeCo) and CalHomeCo Construction, a strategic partnership of real estate, loan, and general contracting companies.
Over his career, Henish has done over $1 billion in mortgages and real estate transactions. Henish has been honored to be a speaker/panelist at many conferences and seminars including the Real Estate Owners and Managers Association (REOMAC), North San Diego Real Estate Investors Association (NSDREI), Elite REO Network (ERN), Information Management Network (IMN), PSAR (Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors), NAHREP, Rotary International, and many more. He has also co-hosted The Common Sense Radio Show on ESPN 1700 and has been a guest on The American Dream TV show, and several other local media productions. He has also released over 100 episodes of a podcast called “I’ve Got a Theory.” Henish has earned a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University.
Additionally, Henish serves on the Board of Directors for a non-profit women’s health center and has volunteered for years with his community and other organizations. He enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering and playing beach volleyball and basketball.
