James Atwood has worked in financial services since 2004, starting out as a bank teller and growing into management positions. Throughout this time he specialized at different times in Individual Retirement Accounts, personal loans, business loans, card processing, internet banking, and other areas within the banking industry. He especially enjoyed working with people to consolidate debt and help customers to reach their financial goals.

In 2016, James was given an opportunity to work exclusively within the mortgage space. He was able to take his knowledge of lending and banking to help them achieve the larger goal of buying a home, or improving their financial picture through real estate investing.

James was born and raised in the Bay Area of California, but was relocated to Eastern Washington in high school and has remained there. James is married and has three wonderful children. Any of his remaining free time is usually spent with friends, either in person or video games online.
