With nearly two decades of experience in the banking industry, Dr. Kayra Delgado is passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge. She provides her clients with confidence and a stress-free experience, helping them achieve their goals of purchasing their first home or starting a real estate investment portfolio. She specializes in FHA, Conventional, VA, and non-QM loans such as DSCR and bank statement loans, among others. Her motto is “making things happen,” and that’s her mission—no matter the challenges her clients may face with income, credit, or property qualifications. In such a competitive industry, Dr. Delgado takes pride in delivering exceptional support through custom-designed plans and powerful, innovative solutions.
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dr. Delgado is deeply committed to higher education and has played a key role in developing future professionals. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico at Carolina, a Master’s degree in General Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctorate in International Business from Keiser University in Florida.
Dr. Delgado is currently an investor in Puerto Rico and Florida, managing 17 active rental properties and bringing hands-on experience in both commercial and residential real estate, including government-subsidized housing. This experience strengthens her ability to guide clients from a place of real-world knowledge as they pursue their real estate goals. She is also an entrepreneur, offering comprehensive financial services through her company to help clients get organized and prepared for property ownership or investment. Her one-stop-shop approach provides comfort, confidence, and convenience.
When she’s not assisting clients, Dr. Delgado spends her time on business ventures and investments, enjoying quality moments with family and friends, and occasionally taking road trips to explore new places.
