Tracy views each loan as a puzzle she pieces together to give her clients the best loan possible, noting that no two files are exactly alike. Tracy began her career in the mortgage industry in the 1990s after discovering she did not receive the best terms on her mortgage loan. Having helped over 1,000 families since then, Tracy’s passion is bringing integrity to her job for her clients.
“Making something come true for somebody that they otherwise felt wouldn’t happen, that’s fulfillment for me,” Tracy says.
“I’m very honest with my clients, presenting all options to help them determine what fits their needs.”
Tracy evaluates each loan through the perspective of an underwriter to provide a full view of the loan process and items needed from the beginning, knowing homebuyers need someone they can trust to get the job done.
Tracy enjoys camping, kayaking, tracking the weather, and spending time with her daughter, Ashley, and three grandchildren, Axl, Kane, and Dovia.
